What about Edmonton? I was just down there and actually got busted for 115km/h on 97st north. I hate the government now.

Thanks for the warning, I was wondering why everyone was driving 10 – 15 under the limit when I drove through there. Good thing there wasn’t a cop waiting somewhere along where I was driving!

Yea sorry shoulda mentioned, it’s Calgary police officers that have a quota.

Whereabouts? I live in Fort Mac, and there’s been times where I’ve driven 150km/h own a highway and a cop pulled up behind me and passed me. Or I’ve driven 90km/h through a downtown area at 3 in the morning and not gotten busted. It’s fun when there isn’t any slow drivers doing half the limit to hold up traffic.

I would never in 1million years put a sticker on my car that said ” I support the cops”

I live in AB, Canada and our cops have to meet a quota of speeding tickets and other things.

I’ve gotten a ticket when I was driving the speed limit. But you can’t “backtalk”(defending yourself is considered backtalk) against police officers. He did it too fill his quotient.

Not cop related but a section of the government that deals with exporting people out(kicking thm out) has a quota to meet on people kicked out. There are cases where they choose a random foreigner whose done nothing wrong.

I live near the Gainseville Gators who play for the University of Florida. I have a Gators liscense plate and have never been ticketed or pulled over.

Cops are soldiers against the citizens.
