nothing can pick up anything that is turned off. It’s like a flash light, 20 feet away in the dark if you don’t see the light you don’t see the flash light. That’s how radar is like. That’s why you get a cb radio and the truckers will tell you where the cops are on the interstate if their radar is off.

Now will this model pick up cop cars that have there radars turned off?
