By admin On December 2, 2009 Under Uncategorized

The K40 Defuser laser jammer was tested by a group of enthisiasts from the popular radar detector and jammer forum www.radardetector.net. An off duty police officer assisted during the test and operated the laser guns. The K40 laser jammer failed to jam any of the police lidar guns that were shot at the vehicle during their test. The K40 Calibre radar detector was also tested and performed very poorly. There are several websites that review this device in more detail such as http and www …

Here is what the product review on K40’s website says about the RDDs and the K40 Calibre :
“The Calibre was detected by all RDDs at
varying distances: VG-2 at 951 feet.Spectre II at 495 feet, and Spectre III at 478 feet”

Go to K40’s website, click product reviews, then click on Calibre review!!!! It says it right there!!!

Seriously man you are an idiot……….

It is VG2 – you mean to say it is not undetecable against the new Spectra4… one just one R.D.D like every other system accept two models by one company………………………………..

BTWs the newest K40 Calibre isn’t even invisible to the first RDD the VG-2. SML the group who tested the Calibre detected it at 951ft with the Vg-2 where many other top level detectors are invisible to it.

My upcoming video will have an incar video as well as through the Laser gun HUD video in IR mode so you can see when the jammer trys to fire back!

yes, they do not have an inside car view..
that is a shame. I’m not saying it is the best system now adays, but from 2005 – 2008 I do believe it was untill the new R.D.D came out..
It is a shame, Bel Tronics on there Remote STI-R Is not blue-tooth enabled and have dual radar for front facia and rear facia like the K40 does….. Otherwise I would say that would be the best on the market…………..

Funny thing is they dont show you inside the car, that would tell you that the K40 was indeed working as it is supposed too. No matter what you have eventually they will get a speed on you.

So you have a 03 Mustang v6? You know its actually wider than the Chevy Impala in this video….You don’t believe this video but when the video camera is in IR mode you can see the K40 trying to jam the gun as the head fires back

Got one, though it is from they orginal – before they came out with the Dual Ex- which is more protection for larger – Wider Vehicles. and or smaller ones.

and the new RDD Sucks ass lol

Still I would like to be there when you guys preform this. because I still don’t believe it.. mabe i just have the one an only product they made that was effective lol

Looks like it works to me!!! And why would K40 recommend on large sedans a single K40 Laser defuser then they are installed at dealers? How many K40 Laser defusers do you have on the front of your car?

Not hooked up correctly and or – care to explain why you did not put the Ex Dual – on the car Hints since this car is a bigger size – an Ex jammer is ment for a compact care which this is not. thats why your only getting half of the preformance with two on the front you wouldnt get any readings…
